It is designed to cooperate with the mixer, the rubber roller-head extruder or the sheting mill to make rubber sheets. This unit is composed of two parts: Main machine and electrical control system. The main machine consists of front taking device, cooling device, blending cooling device, lifting device, rubber hanging device, auto sheet taking device, top and bottom rubber swing device, staircase, railings, platform and support frame etc... The electric control system uses PLC control, which is selected from EX2N-48MR series made in Japan by Toshiba Co.,, it is highly automatic and reliable.
